How Our Service Works:
Potential tenants moving to a specific area contact us or use our website to
locate a home based on a number of criteria. Rent Amount, Number of Bedrooms,
Square Footage, Pet Allowance and etc. (there are over 50 criteria used when
listing a property) The renter then pays a fee to help us find the right home
for their needs. If your property matches our renters profile we provide them
with the property information, address and your phone number. All negotiations
and business arrangements after that point are between the property owner and
the potential tenant. At no time will Web Rentz act as a mediary, we are simply
a locator service.
Photos of your property are displayed with your listing. If you have a digital
picture already you can simply log in to your control panel and add it
yourself. You may also drop off or mail a photograph of your property to one of
our offices and we will digitize it for you at no charge. We also offer, for a
fee, photography services to take digital photos of your property to place with
your listing.
Our staff is always working to ensure our database stays as accurate as
possible. To facilitate this we contact our property owners routinely to ensure
the properties we have listed are still available and to inquire as to the
availability of any new properties. All of this can be accomplished via phone,
